1 - Free RAID on all configurations
We never build a machine without, at least, a RAID1. Whatever the drive your choose, we put a second one in the machine and a RAID card. Your data and your business are protected. Using single drives is one of the first reason why many small web hosts and promising projects fail. With FIAHOST, a catastrophic disk failure is not an option.

2 - Free monitoring and reboot
We provide very stable machines. Most of our servers can reach over a year of continus uptime without any issue. However, we all know Murphy's Law: your server is lickely to crash when you are travelling, taking a break or not monitoring your emails for a couple of days. All the machines are monitored by SiteUpTime.com and our team members will be rained over by emails and SMS the minute your server crashes. We will make sure that your machine is up and all services working correctly.

3 - Latest Technologies all the time
Do you know the DDR4? No, it doesn't exist (yet). If it hits the market someday, you will find it with us. We are using less and less servers with DDR2. Even SATA2 drives are slowly going towards their end of life in our racks. Most of our new installed servers, including the one displaying this website, use SSD drives with RAID. Even if SSD drives are much more reliable because they don't have any moving part, we prefer to use them by pair as RAID1.

4 - We don't oversell bandwidth
Every single machine we provide comes with a reserved bandwidth on a 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps or even a 10 Gbps line. For each server, the displayed bandwidth is 80% of the reserved bandwidth. For example, if we display a server with 8000 Gb/monthly bandwith, it means that we reserved 10000 Gb/month for it.

5 - Free Direct Admin license
We are an official Direct Admin partner. For each server, we provide a free Direct Admin license. Direct Admin is a hosting control panel that comes with PHP 5 (or 4), mySQL, Apache 2.2, a mail server, an FTP server, a DNS server, a rich control panel... and our extended support.
